- Monthly account terms are available to established retailers only at the company’s discretion.
- Goods invoiced between the 20th of a month, and the 19th of the next month are due for payment on the 10th of the month following.
- Orders are held if an account becomes overdue. VAT strictly nett.
- Orders are despatched by express carrier. A weekly van service operates for the delivery of some local orders.
- Prices quoted in this catalogue exclude VAT.
- VAT – all sewing accessories, craft items, gifts and yarns are taxed at the standard rate. Books and publications are zero-rated.
- Every effort is made to ensure accuracy of information, but no liability can be accepted for errors of fact or opinion.
